1. Creating Screens: EACH COLOR IN YOUR DESIGN REQUIRES A SEPARATE SCREEN. Each screen has to be carefully crafted and aligned for precise printing.

e.g. 4 color artwork (black, white, pink, yellow)= 4 screens (black screen, white screen, pink screen, yellow screen).

2. Ink Setup: The appropriate ink colors must be mixed and prepared for each screen, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all items.

3. Calibration: The printing press needs to be calibrated to align the screens and ensure the design is transferred accurately onto the apparel.

4. Test Prints: Before full production, test prints are made to ensure quality and make any necessary adjustments.

How to Complete Your Custom Apparel Order:

2. Add the $25 Setup Fee:

Before checking out, be sure to include the required $25 setup fee by adding it to your cart. This fee is necessary for the customization process.

3. Complete Checkout:

Once you've added both your apparel and the $25 setup fee to your cart, proceed with checkout to finalize your order.

If the $25 setup fee is not added to your order, the order will be canceled. However, we will make every effort to contact you to resolve the issue before canceling.
